What we need from you to start the process
( we can assist with this if you don't have it yet)

1. Design & Technical Details

  • Sketches or CAD Drawings – Clear design illustrations or digital sketches that show garment shape, construction, and style details.

  • Tech Pack – A comprehensive document with:

    • Front and back garment views

    • Fabric details and composition

    • Trim and hardware specifications

    • Stitching and finishing instructions

    • Colorways and Pantone references

  • Reference Samples (if available) – Existing garments for fit, fabric, or construction reference.

2. Pattern & Sample Requirements

  • Production-Ready Patterns (if available) – Digital or physical patterns for grading and cutting.

  • Sample Development – If no patterns exist, we can create samples and prototypes based on the design.

  • Size Range & Grading – Sizing specifications for the collection (XS-XL, custom sizes, etc.).

3. Fabric & Material Selection

  • Fabric Type & Composition – Client-provided materials or assistance in sourcing.

  • Trims & Accessories – Buttons, zippers, labels, elastics, embroidery, etc.

  • Sustainable Material Preferences (if applicable) – Eco-friendly or organic fabric options.

4. Production Volume & Timeline

  • Order Quantity – Number of units per style, color, and size.

  • Production Timeline – Expected delivery dates and any urgent deadlines.

5. Budget & Cost Considerations

  • Target Production Cost – Budget per unit to determine fabric choices and manufacturing methods.

  • Payment Terms – Deposit requirements and payment schedules.

6. Branding & Packaging

  • Labels & Tags – Custom branding, woven labels, care labels, and hang tags.

  • Packaging Requirements – Polybags, boxes, or sustainable packaging options.

7. Shipping & Logistics

  • Delivery Location – Shipping address and logistics preferences.

  • Freight & Customs Details – Any import/export regulations to consider.
